In Person Retreat/Workshop: Wisdom of the Christian Mystics

Come to the renowned Montreat Retreat & Conference Center in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina (especially lovely in the springtime) for a Thursday-Sunday program on the “Wisdom of the Christian Mystics.” We will reflect on some of the teachings of the greatest mystics, from Howard Thurman to Julian of Norwich, Evelyn Underhill to Thomas Merton, and consider how their insights continue to support the life of faith today. 

This program is sponsored by Columbia Theological Seminary’s Center for Lifelong Learning, and is an elective for the center’s certificate program in spiritual formation. It’s also a stand-alone program, so everyone is welcome.
